I doubt that will be a problem for Cain. He remembers lots of things that
didn't happen. Or forcasts events that already have..."China is seeking to
develop nuclear power." One thing in his favor, he does pronounce "nuclear"
correctly. Our former Prez had a bit of a problem with that word.
