[Vision2020] A Moscow-Type Poker Run

A Viz discussion a couple years ago got me to thinkin' . . .

A number of rural Idaho communities (the Silver Valley for one) a number of years back created a "competition" where participants would go to taverns (the Silver Valley required participants to ride horses) on a preconceived list, drink a beer, and pick a playing card out of a hat.  Once all the participants had completed the list, the participant with the best poker hand won.  This competition was/is commonly referred to as a "poker run".

During the course of this discussion, I developed a Moscow-type poker run.  Since then, though, the Mark IV Lounge has closed down.

Question:  Has anybody got an idea as to what to replace the Mark IV Lounge and still maintain the integrity of . . .
