the carping conservative cry waste inefficiency is never backed up by specific examples.would jay borden and ifalen have us eliminate the us army becasue it hasn't eliminated the taliban?
no system is 100 % efficent. exxon/mobil did not know that the it snows in feburary. should exxon/mobil be disbanded?
you have to show conservatives that the money used a government program does not achieve the stated gaol or near the stated goal
to cry waste inefficiency .
