House Bill 298 has been submitted to the House by the State Affairs
Committee with a "Do Pass" recommendation.

H 298 - Idaho Health Care Freedom Act
Sponsor:  Senator Pearce

HEALTH CARE LAW - Amends and adds to existing law relating to health care
law to revise provisions relating to a statement of public policy relating
to health care services; to provide that certain provisions of certain
public laws shall not be enforced by the state of Idaho; to provide
provisions that certain entities shall not act to implement certain
provisions of certain public laws and to provide for an Executive Order.
