  Subject: Email Phishing Scam

  Dear First Step Customer,

Over the last few days we have noticed a rash of emails claiming that our email server has been upgraded to a secure version. These emails ask you to click a link in order to verify account information.

These are called 'phishing' emails and are trying to trick you into going to a malicious web page where they can infect your computer with malware.
Please delete these emails right away. We never send emails to our customers asking them to verify account information. That's a big warning sign that the email is malicious in nature.

In the future, if you receive a suspicious email please feel free to contact our technical support department at techsupport at fsr.com and we will be happy to confirm whether we sent the message.

Thank you for being our customer!
