[Vision2020] Education Bill passes House

Thanks for posting your encouragement, Penni.

Although Senate Bill 1110 (Education - Pay for Performance) is scheduled
for debate this morning, its passing is a likely foregone conclusion.

I will post the results of SB 1110's debate and vote later this morning.
