"Although specific information concerning Sen. McGee's medical condition is protected by doctor-patient privilege, his condition sufficiently warrants elimination of any criminal liability."

Just what "medical condition" would permit Senator McGee to imbibe in alcoholic beverages for five hours, yet prevent him from any liability of subsequent criminal activity?

Ah, yes!  Senator McGee suffers from Republicanitis.
