Does anyone on Vision 2020 know if there is any legal agreement preventing the 1912 building from being sold? Are there any stipulations in the gift that the city received to buy the building that precludes the sale of the building? Would this lease, IF it is signed preclude the city from selling the building during the lease period? Thanks
