Greetings Visionaires -

During the period July 3 to July 7 of 2011 fires were purposely set within
our communiity by person(s) unknown.

The Moscow Police Department is offering $1,000 for information leading to
the identity and arrest of the person(s) responsible for these crimes.

"Moscow Cares" is matching that offer with an additional $1,000.

It is not a matter of IF the perpetrator will be caught.  It is a simple
matter of WHEN.  And with your help WHEN can happen soon.
