1. The reports from the CIA said that there probably were. Who are you going to believe?
2. Because we have them is not a justification. Hussain was iratical and it was know that he used biological weapons on his own people(Kurds). There was every reason to believe that he would use them if he could.
3. In Hindsight it may have been a poor decision. I would seriously question that it was the worst policy decision ever made. I think you could find many decision that could have been better. Just for one- The relocation of the cherokees.
