[Vision2020] State Budget Deficits

You make some good points, however you assume a lot. I am for supporting education, both public and private. I think that too many people are incarcerated for no good reason. I do not think that people should be put in jail for the use of any substance. For endangering the safety of others, yes. Prevention and treatment would be better.  I am not a fan of war. To keep the peace and also our freedom it is necessary to be strong and to sometimes fight. As to cars and TV's. I drive one car and my wife one. Right now her car a GEO Metro with 230,000 mile on it has quit runing, so she is driving mine. We have one 19'' TV that is used by the grandkids to watch vidios on. We do not have cable or satellite.
