I don't know that I would put that much stock in what the World Net Daily says. Whether it i serious or not does not matter that much There are lots of hysteria put out by the far right and far left. In any event it is a slippery slope if you start to give areas back to people who may some time in the past have resided there. Where do you stop? The Sioux took the Dakotas from other Indians. They were in Minnesota before that. How far back do you go? The same reasoning goes for Israel. Regardless of the wisdom of the 1948 establishment of Israel is there now and should stay there. Any agreements should be bases on the Status Quo as it is today. I doubt that Obama or most politicians would be serious about want ing to do so. As far as th UN is concerned I would not go along with any thing they do except for aid to people who are in distress do to a Natural disaster . A declaration by congress is support of Native Americans would probably be fine. It depends on how it was wor!
