Idaho Senate panel dumps health care nullification

BOISE - Nullification of the federal health insurance overhaul is dead. 

The Senate State Affairs Committee on Friday dumped the measure that  sought to 
declare last year's congressional reforms void - and require  Idaho to return 
federal money it's already received to enact them. 


Senate President Pro Tempore Brent Hill said he couldn't vote for a bill he 
thought violated the Constitution.
