The House voted 49-20 for nullification.
Give credit, though,  to the House’s 13 Democrats — and the  seven Republicans 
who joined them  in voting no: Eric Anderson, Priest Lake; Rep. Max Black, Boise 
(who  voted for the bill in committee last week); George Eskridge, Dover; Jeff  
Nasset, Lewiston; Leon Smith, Twin Falls; Tom Trail, Moscow; and Fred  Wood, 
Burley.
