As Deputy Attorney General Kane discussed public meetings, executive sessions, out-of-state meetings (what state rules apply), etc. etc., I couldn't help thinking of Hawkins Companies, Walter Steed, Wayne Krauss, and a behind-closed-doors meeting in Spokane.
