Last night's IDOG Public Openness Forum, conducted in city council chambers, amounted to three hours of jam-packed information, seasoned with some humorous entertainment (skits casting Walter Steed, Stephanie Kalasz, et al) . . .all videotaped by Moscow Cares . . .  and to be made publicly accessible soon.
