[Vision2020] Intersting Place to Find News of Note in Moscow

The address (936 W. Pullman Rd) puts it at half a block west of the Line St./Pullman Rd. liquor store on the north side of Pullman Road.

Wouldn't it be more practical to build the dog & cat hotel on the vacant triangular kitty litter property on the south end of Main Street by Gritman's?
