The purpose of the Admin Committee's discussion of July 25th and the City Council's discussion of August 1st is NOT to make the 1912 Center competitive with local businesses.

Admin Committee meeting of July 25th
http://www.MoscowCares.com/AD_072511_01_HAIContract.htm

The purpose of these discussions is to attempt to identify facets of the contract with Heart of the Arts Inc. (HAI), as well as HAI's management practices (related to the 1912 Center) where fiscal savings can be achieved and realized.

Video and reports from the August 1st City Council session will be posted

Seeya round town, Moscow.
