[Vision2020] please write to the city council including dan carscallen to renew the agreement with the 1912 center

Wanting to make the 1912 Center competitive with local businesses and
attempting to save money while keeping the 1912 Center open are hardly
interchangeable. Mr. Falen.

There are other ways to save money other than lose revenue while competing
with local businesses.  Cutting down on utility costs (as discussed by the
Admin Commitee) forinstance.
