[Vision2020] This could be big

Good reason for a flat tax.
Oh yeah, and cut the damned offshore tax breaks and credits instituted during the Cold War era under Kennedy. 
I understand the reasoning behind them, but the Cold War has been over for how long now? Yeeesh.
