Translation of the attached “2011 Idaho House Conservative Scorecard”:  The more a legislator voted along Republican lines (sans constituents), the higher score they were given.

 

Alas, Reps. Trail and Ringo didn’t stand a chance.

 

And for that, the people of Latah County will be forever grateful.
