[Vision2020] Rep. Trail Should Switch Parties

Rep. Trail will almost *certainly* lose the upcoming Republican primary.  A
TeaPartier representing Idaho's 6th is something we cannot risk.  Rep. Trail
should switch parties.  I'm pretty sure most 6th district Dems would welcome
him, too.
