Squeeze, feral cat rescued from pipe in Erie, getting new home

It's a happy ending for Squeeze the cat.

 

Squeeze, the male feral cat that was rescued last week after getting its
head stuck inside a pipe in Erie, will be adopted on Thursday.

 

Kim Sporrer, a spokeswoman for the Humane Society of Boulder Valley, said
Squeeze will be taken home by a man who has a barn in rural Boulder County
that's perfect for a cat like him.

 

"He's got other cats, and he has a good set-up for a feral cat," Sporrer
said.

 

She said the barn would offer Squeeze access to the outdoors, food, water
and shelter.

 

The Humane Society recently neutered Squeeze so that he won't add to the
feral cat population at his new home, she said.
