[Vision2020] HJR 7

How is this a good point, Roger? What does HJR 7 -- which is the topic
that we began with -- have to do with the national debt? If Idaho
politics does have something to do with the national debt, aren't the
Republicans who have run the state government for all these recent
years in some way responsible for the national debt? Shouldn't you
vote those guys out of office? That's the argument on the national
level. This all makes no sense to me, so please elaborate.
