It seems to me that according to the latest ruling by the US Supreme  
Court every citizen of the United States is now a member of a "well  
regulated militia" and therefore has a right to keep and bear arms.

Joe,

You really don't want to go down that road.

"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free
State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be
infringed."

The very arms that the amendment addresses are those that can and are
carried by the armed forces.
