[Vision2020] Petition to Three Federal Legislators

Greetings Visionaires (and y'all in the "Cc:" block) -

On October 14th Harvey Neese, a very active and very concerned Idaho
citizen, submitted a petition (signed by citizens and organizations
representing six Idaho counties) to Senator Risch, Senator Crapo and
Representative Minnick demanding that legislative action be initiated to
terminate the Upper Lochsa Land Exchange.
