[Vision2020] Additional Shipments Planned on Highway 12

I'm more worried about them having to figure out how to disassemble one
of them while it's sitting in the middle of an icy river, creating a dam
and washing out what's left of the road. With spring breathing down
their necks.

And, of course, the million dollar bond won't even scratch the surface
of the cost.
