[Vision2020] Dry November La Nina Weather Arrives: Winter Storm Warning

So far November 2010 has not been typical of a La Nina weather pattern
(more precipitation), with precipitation through the first 20 days of
November, on average the wettest month for our area, well below the
November monthly historical average. But here it comes... Tuesday
temperatures might plunge below zero, but consider the record daily
low for November 23, minus 11 F., set in 1985...
That winter was way serious in amount of snow and cold...

Average precipitation for Moscow, Idaho in November is 3.54 inches,
yet so far in 2010 only 1.56 inches have fallen, according to
