[Vision2020] Count?

Anyone on site know what's happened with the vote counting?  It's been over
an hour since the last update, leaving us hanging with only 51.5% of
precincts counted.

I'm getting calls from friends around the state wondering the outcome here .
. . 

I recall there was some huge delay with the primary (a machine breaking or
something), but what's the story this time?
