49 Meadows Workshop

Join us for a weekend long workshop with University of Idaho professor
emeritus Dr. Fred Rabe. The 49 Meadows site is about 15 miles south of
Avery, Idaho on the Idaho Panhandle Nat'l Forest. We will be sampling the
marsh and stream for plants and vertebrates, and exploring the reasons why
this area has been proposed as a Research Natural Area. Carpooling from East
City Mall at 7:30am. Please bring personal camping equipment. Field
instruments will be provided.
