[Vision2020] The 2008 Legislature and SB1427 - When Idaho Gave a Damn

There is a distinction between being arrested as a "possible" illegal
alien and BEING an illegal alien.
I know of no laws, including federal laws that allows for arrest of
being a "possible" illegal alien.

Since the whole thread of this was a result of the Arizona
legislation, everyone tends to over look the current FEDERAL LAW,
8 U.S.C. 1304—This is the federal law that requires that “every alien,
eighteen years of age and over, shall at all times carry with him and
have in his personal possession any certificate of alien registration
or alien registration receipt card issued to him” by the Federal
government.
