[Vision2020] PR - MPD Attempted Robbery Request

Yes - police doing exactly what police should be doing.  Not
investigating elevator alarm calls, campus parking problems, checking
in/out firearms and other weapons.  These kinds of diddly things are
best suited to trained, unarmed polic-band-radio-carrying private
security.
