Re:  Attempted Robbery Arrest

On Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 5 p.m. officers responded to a report of a
robbery in the area of South Mountain View Road.  The victim stated he
was sitting outside his apartment smoking a cigarette when a Black male
approached him with a handgun and demanded his money.  When the victim
told the suspect he did not have his money the suspect struck him
several times with the butt of the gun.  The suspect is known to the
victim.  

 

The victim identified the suspect as Adrian Robinson.  Arrest warrants
for Adrian Robinson on the charges of Aggravated Battery and Attempted
Robbery were issued through the Latah County Prosecutor's Office on
Friday, May 14, 2010.

 

On Friday May 14, 2010 at 10:20 p.m. officers with the Moscow Police
Department learned that Robinson was possible in Pullman, Washington at
Stubblefields.  This information was transmitted to the Pullman Police
Department who located Robinson inside Stubblefields at 12:34 a.m. on
Saturday May, 15, 2010.  Robinson was arrested on the warrants out of
Latah County without incident and transported to the Whitman County
Jail, awaiting extradition.
