Husband of missing Clarkston woman arrested on ATF warrant

The estranged husband of Rachael Anderson was arrested at 10 a.m. today at
his business in Moscow on a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and
Explosives warrant for allegedly violating federal firearms laws.

The arrest of Charles Capone was confirmed by an ATF spokesman in Boise.
Anderson, 40, of Clarkston, has been missing since April 16 and was last
seen in Moscow.

Anderson was in the process of seeking a divorce from Capone.

The mother of four was reported missing April 16 after she failed to show
up for work at Pathologists Regional Laboratory in Lewiston.

A task force of law enforcement in the region has been investigating
Anderson's disappearance.
