Garrett Clevenger asks "Who has to pay this and the other expenses?
Shouldn't Noble at least be responsible for that?"

I believe being found not guilty means he is not criminally liable for
paying anyone for anything (except perhaps his attorney).  Restitution
would have to come about from a civil lawsuit filed by or on behalf of
the Waldbjorns and any other victims.

I'm sure Sunil can offer more on this.
