[Vision2020] Health care {insurance} reform passed

It's a sad commentary based on your statistics that 230,000 folks in  
Idaho, that should be getting Medicaid currently don't. And half of  
the medicaid payments are covered by federal money.
And what is wrong with drug testing medicaid clients? Shouldn't a  
doctor know what drugs, legal or recreational, that a patient is using  
before prescribing others? Sounds like a good
medical practice to me.


What I do agree with is that the US should go to the Canadian system!  
If it was good enough for the former republican vice presidential  
candidate during her childhood, it should be good enough for the rest  
of us.
