Wayne Fox makes an extremely valid point.

The photo below reflects the location of the US95/Lewis Road junction in relation to the city of Moscow, simply as a matter of reference.



The photo below clearly reflects the "blindness" experienced by a vehicle entering US 95 from Lews road.  This "blindness" can become extremely threatening for a driver wishing to make a left from west-bound Lewis Road onto south-bound US 95.
