Ken,

How does the government forcing people to give even more money to profit motivated health insurance companies solve our nations health care crisis?

Anti-intellectual gov fights systemic improvement and consumer care

BOISE — Idaho took the lead in a growing, nationwide fight against
health care overhaul Wednesday when its governor became the first to
sign a measure requiring the state attorney general to sue the
federal government if residents are forced to buy health insurance.

Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter, a Republican, said he believes any future
lawsuit from Idaho has a legitimate shot of winning, despite what the
naysayers say.

"The ivory tower folks will tell you, 'No, they're not going
anywhere,' " he told reporters. "But I'll tell you what, you get 36
states, that's a critical mass. That's a constitutional mass."

So, is the Idaho governor fantasizing that a federal constitutional
amendment is going to be passed to prevent national health care?
Astoundingly clueless as to the needs and desires of citizens
statewide and nationally, and feckless as a freckle-faced fawn,
Otter's response to the universal health care needs and the financial
challenges they bring to citizens and providers alike is increasingly
paradigmatic of what not to do to achieve substantive improvements.
