[Vision2020] UI to Furlough Employees

Wayne,

An even better one would be why, since we have an ABA accredited   
College of Law, does the administration maintain it's own Legal  
Department? Why are outside architects brought  in for projects
on campus when we have a Department of Architecture? and so on........

And yes, I understand that  some of what I advocate is radical,  we  
are living in radical economic times.  And while I understand that  
some disruption will occur, in the end it would be for the better.
