[Vision2020] Time Change for Public Worksk/Finance Committee Meeting Today

Today's City Council Committee meetings are one hour.  The
Administrative Committee will be from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. and the Public
Works/Finance Committee will be from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (not 4:30 as
previously published).
