[Vision2020] Sentence Appropriate?

One question that must be asked, and probably never will (thanks to this
plea agreement) . . .
How many times, prior to this arrest, has Heustis successfully enticed
children into sexual acts?
Thanks to Judge Stegner and PA Thompson, Heustis is back on the streets of
Moscow.
Maybe he and Steven Sitler can open a day care center. I understand that
our city council has made permits easier to apply for.
They can borrow the old slogan humorously applied to Lt. Calley (of My Lai
fame) . . .
