This is from No North Idaho Corridor!'s Facebook page:

"IDT (ID dept. of transportation) will likely be holding 
hearings/informational sessions on behalf of Exxon Mobile in June in 
Kamiah and Lewiston. We'll post more when we know more."

Also I remembering someone commenting about the authenticity of the 
press photo.  It is my understanding that it is a Photoshop creation 
because they haven't actually moved one yet.  But that it is accurate in 
its scale.
