[Vision2020] Highway 12 and Final Options

A representative of the Idaho Transportation Department demonstrates, at the
June 28th meeting at Moscow's City Hall, an option still available, and yet
unused, by the people of Idaho in opposition to Exxon-Mobil's use of Highway
12 for transportation of 207 oversized parcels.
