[Vision2020] Governor Otter, the ITD and Highway 12

Greetings Visionaires -

On June 1, 2010, Linwood Laughy and Borg Hendrickson (longtime residents
of the upper Clearwater River Valley and nighbors to Highway 12) sent
emails to Idaho Governor Butch Otter and Doral Hoff (Idaho Transportation
Department) concerning enforcement of Federall Highway Administration
regulations in regards to the scheduled transport of 207 over-sized loads
on Highway 12.
