[Vision2020] ITD vs IDOT

IDiOTs have not kept their word to do traffic studies last summer at the Lewis Rd/95 intersection (at Steakhouse Hill), which was made even more dangerous by the so-called improvements you mention, and at Four mile Rd/95, another very dangerous intersection which could be fixed by restriping.
