[Vision2020] The Postcard Hoax and a Promise Renewed

Greetings Visionaires -

The purpose of this posting is two-fold.

1)  As it appears that the perpetrator of the postcard hoax (aka
"Postcardgate") may not be identified in the near future, the Postcard
Hoax Information Reward Fund has been dissolved and its funds are
currently being dispersed to its contributors.

As such, a reminder . . .

2)  "Moscow Cares" has set aside funds in a local bank, in the amount of
$5,000 (five thousand dollars), to be awarded to the individual(s) for
information, provided to local authorities, leading to the arrest of the
perpetrator of this crime.

These funds will remain available for the purpose stated above until
either the perpetrator is identified or the year 2525, whichever occurs
first.

Let's be the people I know we can be, Moscow, and . . .
