[Vision2020] Illegal Gardening -- Not!

I tend to rely on snopes to debunk that sort of BS.  Sadly, I run across it
all the time.  Earlier this year there was a right-wing e-mail going around
claiming that the HCR bill was going to convert employee-provided insurance
into taxable income.  It wasn't true, of course, but serves as an example of
the many falsities that seem to emanate from the right (many of which seem
to be intentional).  Anyway, here's the Snopes article on HR 875:
