[Vision2020] Fatal Accident on I-95

Fatal accident reported on 95 north of Moscow; one lane closed
December 3, 2010, 4:36 pm

MOSCOW - At least one person was killed in a two-vehicle accident this
afternoon on Steakhouse Hill two miles north of Moscow, according to the
Idaho State Police. Other unspecified injuries were also reported.

Traffic on U.S. Highway 95 was reduced to one lane as emergency personnel
responded at 3:40 p.m. to the crash between a sport utility vehicle and a
car.

An ISP dispatcher said highway crews had called for a deicer truck on the
hill, but it was not immediately known whether icy roads were a factor.

Details, including the names of those involved in the accident, are to be
released this evening, according to ISP.
