The following U.S. service member died while supporting combat operations
in Iraq, confirmed by the Defense Department from July 30, 2010 through
August 5, 2010:

Army Spc. Faith R. Hinkley, 23, of Colorado Springs, Colorado; assigned to
the 502nd Military Intelligence Battalion, 201st Battlefield Surveillance
Brigade, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington.

Killed: 1; Wounded in action: 5

March 19, 2003 – August 5, 2010
Killed: 4,403; wounded in action: 31,902

in Afghanistan, confirmed by the Defense Department from July 30, 2010
through August 5, 2010:

Army Pfc. Paul O. Cuzzupe, 23, of Plant City, Florida; assigned to the 3rd
Squadron, 2nd Stryker Calvary Regiment, Vilseck, Germany.

Marine Lance Cpl. Kevin M. Cornelius, 20, of Ashtabula, Ohio; assigned to
1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine
Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

Marine Cpl. Max W. Donahue, 23, of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; assigned to
I Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group, I Marine Expeditionary
Force, Camp Pendleton, California.

Marine Pfc. Vincent E. Gammone III, 19, of Christiana, Tennessee; assigned
to 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine
Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

Army Sgt. Andrew C. Nicol, 23, of Kensington, New Hampshire; assigned to
the 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, Fort Benning, Georgia.

Army Pfc. Bradley D. Rappuhn, 24, of Grand Ledge, Michigan; assigned to
the 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, Fort Benning, Georgia.

Army Master Sgt. Jared N. Van Aalst, 34, of Laconia, New Hampshire; 
assigned to the U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North
Carolina.
