CHINESE BUFFET TO BENEFIT CHILDREN SUNDAY AUG 8TH NOON TO 3PM AT GENESEE VALLEY DAOIST HERMITAGE



On Sunday August 8, 2010 the Palouse Asian American Association is sponsoring a Chinese Buffet fundraiser for the Genesee Mountain-Village Foundation which assists orphaned children in remote villages of China to attend school.  The event will take place at the Genesee Valley Daoist Hermitage at 1010 Genesee-Troy Road in Genesee on Sunday from 12Noon to 3:00PM.  There will also be a silent auction which will include Asian items such as scarves, pictures, and dishes. The 16 item buffet will be prepared by Foundation president Da-Jin Sun with many foods organically grown at the Hermitage. Admission is a $15 donation.
